Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum contract length?

To cover the initial high cost of professional design and development, our WaaS plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, you can choose to continue monthly or migrate the site.

The one-time activation fee covers the “Discovery & Strategy” phase. This includes your brand consultation, UI/UX planning, and the technical environment setup before the build begins.

Yes, you own your brand and content. You have 100% ownership of your domain, logo, and all content from day one. Regarding the website code, we manage and host it for you during your subscription. Once your 12-month commitment is met (or the build cost is covered), the full website can be transferred to you to keep forever.

If you need to exit the contract before the 12-month mark, you can pay a “Buyout Fee” (which covers the remaining value of the build). We will then package your site files and database for you to move to any host of your choice.

Yes. We can manage your domain registration and set up professional business emails (e.g., info@yourcompany.com) as part of your onboarding process.

No problem! We can easily connect your existing domain to our high-performance servers at no extra cost.

It means your site never goes stale. We handle weekly core updates, security patches, plugin optimizations, and 24/7 uptime monitoring. If something breaks due to a platform update, we fix it at no extra cost to you.

Absolutely. While we provide “Tweak Hours” to do it for you, we build every site with a user-friendly backend. You’ll have full access to update blog posts, images, and text whenever you like.

Most websites launch within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity and how quickly you provide your content.

Yes. Additional pages, integrations, and improvements can be added anytime.
