1. Our Commitment
At Jorion Technologies, we take pride in delivering high-performance, secure, and reliable digital solutions. We stand behind our work with a Resolution Guarantee: If we cannot resolve the specific technical issue you hired us for, you will receive a full refund.
2. Service-Specific Policies
Maintenance Subscriptions (Naira & USD)
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 3 days of your first month, you are eligible for a full refund. Beyond the first 3 days, refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged again.
Website-as-a-Service (WaaS)
Activation Fees: The one-time activation fee covers the immediate provisioning of servers, software licenses, and initial design labor. This fee is non-refundable once development work has commenced.
Monthly Fees: These follow the same “Cancel Anytime” policy as our maintenance plans.
One-Time Technical Fixes
The Guarantee: If our team is unable to fix the specific bug or issue described in your request, a 100% refund will be issued.
Finality: Once a fix is verified and delivered to the client, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
3. International Payments (USD)
To ensure our global partners feel secure, all international payments handled via manual invoicing (PayPal/Stripe) are protected by a 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If our managed environment does not meet the technical standards promised, we will revert the transaction.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at itsupport@jorionng.com or via your dedicated WhatsApp Support line. Please include your Invoice Number and a brief description of the issue.
