Our website and managed client environments (WaaS) are scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities to make your visit as safe as possible.

  • We use regular Malware Scanning and security patches for all maintained sites.

  • Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential.

  • All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

  • All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

5. DO WE USE ‘COOKIES’?

We do not use cookies for primary tracking purposes. However, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies through your browser settings.

  • If you turn cookies off, some features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.

6. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE & LINKS

7. GOOGLE & BEHAVIORAL TRACKING

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but may do so in the future. We honor “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and do not plant cookies or use advertising when a DNT browser mechanism is in place. It is important to note that we allow third-party behavioral tracking (such as basic analytics) for service optimization.

8. SERVICE-SPECIFIC DATA (WaaS & MAINTENANCE)

  • Account Data: For WaaS and Maintenance clients, we store configuration data and credentials necessary to maintain site uptime and security.

  • Technical Logs: During “On-time Tech Fixes,” we may temporarily log system errors to diagnose and resolve issues. These logs are purged once the fix is confirmed.

9. CAN-SPAM ACT

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email and gives recipients the right to have emails stopped.

We collect your email address in order to:

  • Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.
